Property: Plas Llewellyn, Nercwys *
Description: We renovated the exterior of the house and ground floor. The whole of the house was raked out and re-pointed with lime mortar, new fascia boards, aluminium guttering and hard wood sliding sash windows, new patio areas and a set of masonry steps to front door. Inside we removed the old kitchen and turned the room in to a dining room and the existing living room became the new kitchen, we also renovated cloakroom, toilet, sitting room and hallway.

Property: Ladyfields, Acton, Nantwich
Description: This extension was a living room and extra bedroom, we also removed the kitchen wall to open the rooms together.

Property: Gladlys, Bagillt
Description: This was a listed building, we had to dismantle 3/4 of the remains of the building brick by brick, stone by stone and store on site. The building still had one cruck frame in good condition so we had to leave it in place for the duration of the job.This is the best looking garage and store room we've built.

Property: Woodcote
Description: This extension was built with a suspended reinforced concrete floor and galvanized steel supports for the oak A-frames to sit on. The new large room was a kitchen/living room,we also fitted a wood burner with a stainless steel flue. We built structure, rendered outside, fitted A-frames, plastered, tiled floor, customer painted and fitted kitchen.

Description: Stone faced the front and side of the property in a dry stone wall style.
